A brand new inventory of Hall-effect sensorless brushless controllers, powered by a nominal 36V lithium battery, with a maximum power of about 700W. They are used on electric garden machinery tools and are estimated to be driven by a hand mower. This automatic stable running drive has a speed limit of about 80% of the no-load speed, and the speed limit is not very large. The normal load speed of the motor will not change much, but the speed of the motor will still decrease under high loads. The usage characteristics are basically the same as ordinary brushless drives. Generally, the speed of a motor with load will also decrease significantly, and the larger the load and current, the lower the relative speed. Except for servo motors, all DC motors have this characteristic.

Brushless drive is not compatible with all motors, and the specific applicability needs to be determined through personal testing. Generally, brushless motors with good compatibility in medium to low speed operation are more suitable.

The actual measurement of the drive can run at 30-43V, without Hall high-power driver. The internal workmanship and materials are very good. The high-power 70V120A MOS tube and high current parts are stamped with copper plates for positioning and drag soldering. Many large brand controllers only add copper wires and soldering at most, and the motor output three-phase wire is 14AWG high-temperature resistant silicone wire.
